#1 - Define what confidence means to you.
#2 - What does confidence look like to you and what is preventing you from being that right now?
#3 – Notice what makes you confident? When does this happen, who are you around?

“I was so afraid to tell people I was struggling.”
“I was willing to stay at Syracuse and be miserable to avoid what people were going to think of me transferring.”
“Feeling like there is one fit for you is narrow-minded.”
“I was so afraid of what everyone else was going to think of me.”

-Feeling like a complete failure when transferring.
-What it’s like to fail in front of everybody.
